It depends on the scope and size of the space, and can range from €1,500 to €6,000. The online consultation has a fixed price: €80 for a 60-minute session on one room. The other services are quoted in a proposal, once I know the space and your goals.

An online consultation takes about a week, from sending the photos to receiving the email summary. An interior design project usually takes six to ten weeks until the final proposal is delivered. A turnkey project lasts as long as the work itself, which depends on building works, orders and suppliers' lead times.

You fill in a preliminary questionnaire and send photos or the floor plan of the room. I review the material before the session. We talk for 60 minutes by video call about the layout, colours, furniture, lighting and decoration of that room. Afterwards, you receive an email summary of the main recommendations. It costs €80 and covers one room.

With an interior design project, you receive a complete, structured proposal with all the guidance you need to carry out the project at your own pace. The execution is in your hands. With a turnkey project, I take care of everything: selection, quotes, orders, coordinating deliveries and final installation.

Yes. The property preparation and enhancement service is for owners and investors who want to prepare a space for sale, rental or their own use. I assess the property, set out the priority works and can manage the whole process through to handover.

I work mainly in Lisbon, Tomar and the surrounding areas, including Castelo do Bode. Outside these areas, I assess each case individually, depending on the size of the project. The online consultation is done remotely, so there's no geographical limit.

I oversee small works and interventions as part of the turnkey and property enhancement services. I'm not a building contractor, and I don't replace an architectural or engineering project where one is required.

I trained in Interior Design at Cascais School of Arts & Design. Before that, I already had experience of renovations and overseeing building works on my own projects. Since then, I've developed and managed residential and investment property projects. I also bring more than 20 years of experience in management and team leadership in education.

No. Most people contact me without knowing exactly what they want, and that conversation is part of the work. Just tell me where the space is, what isn't working in it today and how you'd like to feel when you walk in.

Where the space is, which rooms you want to work on and what isn't working today. Photos or a floor plan are even better, but not essential. The more I know from the start, the more specific my first reply can be.
